Mauricio Ramírez

Mauricio Ramírez

Mauricio began his career at Allstate Investments, where he worked as a research analyst and junior portfolio manager contributing to the management of a portfolio exceeding $60 billion across public and private markets. That foundation shaped how he thinks about capital — with the rigor, structure, and discipline that institutional settings demand.

He later moved into the startup world, taking on corporate development and strategic finance roles across growth-stage companies — working through fundraising, M&A activity, investment strategy, and financial planning at the company level.

Those two experiences are what StratFinx is built on. The firm exists to bring that same standard of thinking to clients who need it: individuals and families building long-term wealth, and founders and operators navigating decisions that define their companies.

Mauricio is currently a CFA Level 1 Candidate.

Valentina Robles
Chief Operating Officer, StratFinx Advisory

Valentina Robles

Valentina began her career in finance at Amazon, completing rotations across North American Consumer Retail Finance, Global Transportation, and Devices Finance Data & Analytics. Working at that scale shaped how she approaches financial analysis — structured, data-driven, and built to hold up under complexity.

She went on to Blue River Pet Care, a national consolidator of veterinary practices, where she helped build out the FP&A and data functions — advancing the reporting, planning, and analytics that a fast-growing, multi-entity company depends on. Most recently, Valentina was an early finance hire at Pair Team, where she helped further develop the strategic finance function.

At StratFinx Advisory, she brings that operator’s perspective to founders and growth-stage companies, turning financial strategy into repeatable systems and disciplined execution.
